About Mark Nelson

Mark Nelson grew up surrounded by artisans and entrepreneurs, an environment that shaped his career. Fresh out of college, he joined the family’s furniture manufacturing business which eventually led him to the carpet trade. Over the next 15 years, he refined his skills at three prestigious carpet companies. In 2008, Nelson realized the dream of opening his own firm, Mark Nelson Designs, an exciting new chapter in his career.
